CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY (DELIVERY ITEMS ONLY):
You can cancel your purchase any time up to 7 days after delivery. As the customer, you must take the duty of care for goods in your possession. If you wish to return the item, you must also take reasonable care in its storage and preparation for return. You must also return any accessories and ‘Free Gifts’ received alongside the product.
To deal efficiently with your requirements, we have a returns procedure form. Please call 01636639900, or email sales@boulder.co.uk to request a copy of the RMA form. We may require you to show proof of purchase.
You will receive a full refund including delivery and shipping costs. The cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product. The cost of returning the item you ordered will be your responsibility. When we send an alternative product in place of your order, we will cover the cost of the return.
Please take care of any items and packing needed for return. We hold you responsible for faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We may reject your claim if this occurs.

We may accept items back for a refund subject to the condition of the item. Cancellations more than 7 days after delivery may also be subject to the item being in its original packing. Additionally, you may be liable for the payment of delivery and return costs. This includes a restocking % cost, and, where necessary, a technical inspection charge.
